Available Now contains pieces currently available to purchase. The Archive contains past Strange Angel creations that have already found a home.

Archive pieces may still be useful as inspiration for a custom commission.

In many cases, yes. You can inquire about recreating a previous Strange Angel design or commissioning something inspired by it. Exact recreation depends on materials, components, and feasibility.

Start by submitting a Custom Commission Inquiry . Sarah will review your idea and normally respond by email within 1–3 business days.

Accepted commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due before shipment. Standard commissions generally include up to three revisions.

Yes. Photos, drawings, screenshots, Pinterest ideas, previous Strange Angel pieces, and other jewelry concepts can all be used to communicate your ideas.

Ready-made items are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping transit time begins after the order has been handed to the carrier.

Standard U.S. website shipping is currently $6.95 per order. Orders are typically shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, although another comparable or upgraded service may be used when appropriate.

Approved customer-choice returns must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom commissioned pieces are final sale after final approval and full payment.

If the issue was caused by Strange Angel Creations or was present upon delivery, Sarah will work with you toward an appropriate resolution and cover necessary corrective shipping.

Ready-made orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Custom commission deposits are non-refundable once paid.

Yes, these requests are considered case by case. Repairs, resizing, and adjustments requested after the initial delivery issue period are generally paid services, with the customer responsible for shipping the piece to and from Strange Angel Creations.

Plain stainless-steel jewelry can generally be cleaned gently with mild soap and water and a soft cloth, then dried thoroughly. Abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals should be avoided.
