By visiting this website, purchasing a product, submitting a custom commission inquiry, or otherwise using the services offered through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them.

Please review these terms before using the website or placing an order.

Products and Handmade Nature

Strange Angel Creations offers handmade jewelry, ready-made pieces, and custom commissioned work.

Because each piece is made and finished by hand, minor variations may occur between pieces, including small differences in dimensions, finish, component placement, or appearance.

These natural variations are part of handmade work and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product photographs and descriptions are intended to represent each item as accurately as reasonably possible. Display colors may vary slightly depending on the device or screen being used.

Materials

Stainless steel is the primary foundation used in Strange Angel Creations jewelry construction.

Certain designs may also include pendants, stones, charms, findings, decorative components, or other materials. Any significant material information applicable to a particular piece may be included in its product description.

Customers with known material sensitivities should review product information and contact Strange Angel Creations with questions before purchasing.

Product Availability

Ready-made pieces are offered subject to availability.

Items shown in the Available Now collection are available for purchase while inventory remains.

Past works may appear in The Archive after the original available piece has been sold. Inclusion in The Archive does not guarantee that an identical piece can be recreated, although customers are welcome to inquire about commissioning a previous design or a piece inspired by one.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Strange Angel Creations reserves the right to change product pricing before an order is placed.

Custom commissions are priced individually based on the requested design, materials, complexity, sizing, labor, and other project requirements.

Submitting a custom commission inquiry does not place an order and does not guarantee acceptance of the project or a particular price.

Orders and Payment

Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.

Strange Angel Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, inability to fulfill the order, or other legitimate business concerns.

If an order that has already been paid must be cancelled by Strange Angel Creations, the appropriate amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Custom Commissions

Custom commissions begin with an inquiry and individual review.

If a commission is accepted, the customer will receive project details and pricing before work begins.

Accepted commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due before shipment.

Standard commissions generally include up to three revisions. Additional revisions may result in additional charges. Intricate or higher-cost projects may also be subject to revision charges depending on the nature and complexity of the work.

Production time for commissioned work is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Requested completion dates may be considered but are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Strange Angel Creations.

Once a commissioned piece has received final approval and the remaining balance has been paid, the commission is considered final sale, except where the completed item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different due to an error by Strange Angel Creations.

Reference and Inspiration Material

Customers may provide photographs, drawings, screenshots, Pinterest references, previous Strange Angel Creations pieces, or other jewelry concepts when discussing a commission.

Reference material is used to communicate preferences and inspiration.

Providing reference material does not guarantee an exact copy or reproduction of another design.

Strange Angel Creations may decline requests that cannot reasonably be produced or that Sarah determines are inappropriate to reproduce.

Shipping

Website orders are currently available for shipment within the United States only.

Ready-made orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard website shipping is currently charged at $6.95 per order unless another shipping option or rate is displayed during checkout.

Orders are typically shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, although another comparable or upgraded carrier or service may be used when appropriate.

Shipping transit time begins after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Cancellations

Ready-made orders may be cancelled before the order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

For accepted custom commissions, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once paid.

Returns and Exchanges

Ready-made jewelry is generally considered final sale.

Return or exchange requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis when Strange Angel Creations is contacted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Approved customer-choice returns must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom and commissioned pieces are final sale following final approval and full payment.

These restrictions do not eliminate the customer's ability to report an item that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by an error made by Strange Angel Creations.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Customers should contact Strange Angel Creations within 7 calendar days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with an immediate fit or assembly problem.

Photos or other information may be requested to help review the issue.

When a qualifying issue is the result of an error by Strange Angel Creations or was present upon delivery, Strange Angel Creations will work with the customer toward an appropriate resolution.

Necessary corrective shipping costs for seller-caused issues will be covered by Strange Angel Creations.

Repairs, Resizing, and Adjustments

Repairs, resizing, or adjustments requested outside the initial delivery issue period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

These services are generally paid services, and customers are normally responsible for shipping the jewelry to and from Strange Angel Creations.

Pricing depends on the individual piece and the work required.

Jewelry Care

Customers are responsible for reasonably caring for their jewelry after delivery.

For plain stainless-steel jewelry, gentle cleaning with mild soap and water, a soft cloth, and thorough drying is generally recommended. Abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals should be avoided.

Jewelry containing stones, pendants, charms, or other added materials may require different care.

Customers may contact Strange Angel Creations if they are unsure how to care for a particular piece.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content belonging to Strange Angel Creations, including original photographs, product designs, written content, branding, logos, and other original material, may not be reproduced, copied, sold, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Purchasing a piece of jewelry does not transfer ownership of Strange Angel Creations' branding, photographs, product imagery, or other intellectual property associated with that piece.

Prohibited Use

The website and its services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes.

Users may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, submit knowingly false information, misuse payment systems, or use website content in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
