Strange Angel Creations Return & Refund Policy
Ready-Made Pieces
Ready-made jewelry is generally considered final sale. However, return or exchange requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis when Strange Angel Creations is contacted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To be considered, the item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition. If a return or exchange is approved for reasons other than an error or defect on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approval of a return or exchange is not guaranteed and depends on the circumstances of the order.
Custom & Commissioned Pieces
Custom and commissioned pieces are individually designed, reviewed, and approved throughout the creation process. Because of this, custom commissions are final sale once final approval has been given and the remaining balance has been paid.
Accepted commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due before shipment.
Standard commissions include up to three revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges. Intricate or higher-cost commissions may also carry revision charges depending on the complexity of the piece.
Final-sale status does not apply to an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has an immediate fit or assembly issue, please contact Strange Angel Creations within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Photos may be requested so the issue can be reviewed.
When the problem is the result of an error by Strange Angel Creations or a qualifying issue present upon delivery, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, adjustment, or another reasonable solution. Necessary corrective shipping costs for seller-caused issues will be covered by Strange Angel Creations.
Cancellations
Ready-made orders may be cancelled before the order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Custom commissions are subject to the separate commission process. Once the 50% deposit has been paid, that deposit is non-refundable.
Repairs, Resizing & Adjustments
Repairs, resizing, and adjustments requested after the initial 7-day delivery period are handled on a case-by-case basis.
These services are generally paid services, and the customer is normally responsible for shipping the piece to and from Strange Angel Creations.
Minor repairs may occasionally be completed for little or no labor charge at the discretion of Strange Angel Creations, but shipping costs may still apply.
Pricing depends on the piece, the work required, and the condition of the jewelry.
